No. Anyone can buy any formula, one-time or on subscription. Members receive 20% off every order (even more with subscribe & save!), plus whole-body testing, personalized plans, daily support, and access to the LERA community and care team.

It depends on your plan and how the supplement is used. Final reimbursement is decided by your HSA/FSA provider (the company that manages your account), so it's worth checking with them first. Here's how it works: Members: Because your recommendations come from a clinical assessment, diagnostic testing, and an individualized care plan, we provide the documentation you need to submit your purchase for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Non-members: Supplements from the shop are purchased for general wellness, so we're not able to provide clinical documentation. You may still qualify if your own provider recommends a product to treat a specific condition. You'd obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity from them and submit it, along with your LERA receipt, to your HSA/FSA provider.

As a LERA member, we will guide you to the exact formula you need. If you aren't ready to commit as a member, take our quiz and we'll point you to the formulas that best fit your needs.

Our formulas vary from 2-3 capsules a day and time of day; each formula has specific instructions included on the pouch to guide you.

Supplements work most effectively with consistency, so give it a couple of months to notice changes. Everyone's different, and results vary of course.

Every product lists its contraindications on the page. Some aren't recommended alongside certain medications or conditions, so check the note and talk to your healthcare provider first.

We ship within the US only. We typically use UPS, and your order should arrive within 3 days of placing it.

A 5% discount is applied to all subscriptions and includes free shipping always. We set the schedule to have your supplements delivered every 60 days as a 60-day supply so you never run out.

No lock-in. Head to your account to skip your next delivery, pause until a date that works for you, or cancel in two clicks. Changes can be made up to 7 days before your next delivery.

Head to the Account section of the site to update your shipping address, payment method, profile, and membership plan. To change the address on your next delivery, just make the update at least 7 days before your next order date so it ships to the new address.

All sales are final. We use high-quality active ingredients with no fillers or preservatives, which gives them a shorter shelf life, so once a product ships, we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds, opened or not.
